Beasiswa MM Prasetiya Mulya Business School – BizCamp Challenge 2016

BizCamp Challenge merupakan kompetisi tahunan untuk mahasiswa S1 tingkat akhir atau fresh graduate dari berbagai jurusan yang memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan dan innovative untuk memperebutkan beasiswa Magister Management (MM) Prasetiya Mulya Business School (PMBS). Komitmen yang tinggi ini diwujudkan oleh PMBS melalui BizCamp Challenge, dan tahun ini, 2016, memasuki kali ke 6 BizCamp Challenge diselenggarakan.

Tujuan
BizCamp Challenge bertujuan untuk mencari talenta baru pemimpin bisnis masa depan, perancang inovasi bisnis, dan memiliki leadership skill yang kuat. Setelah mengikuti BizCamp Challenge, para peserta diharapkan dapat memiliki kemampuan sebagai berikut:

• Memiliki kemampuan sebagai team leader yang inovatif, visioner dan juga team player yang dapat berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kemajuan tim
• Memiliki kemampuan problem solving, yaitu mampu melakukan identifikasi dan memahami masalah yang sedang dihadapi, menghasilkan beberapa solusi alternatif, dan kemudian mengimplementasikan secara efektif untuk memecahkan permasalahan.
• Memiliki kemampuan untuk berfikir secara strategis, multi-perspektif, dan integratif yang merupakan solusi yang holistik dan tepat untuk sebuah isu bisnis

Apa saja isi Karantina?
Selama karantina, peserta akan diberikan tugas untuk memecahkan sebuah isu bisnis dari kacamata profesional. Banyak kasus perusahaan dan social project yang harus dikerjakan selama karantina. Sebagai bekal pengetahuan, PMBS akan memberikan pengetahuan bisnis dan pelatihan keterampilan dengan melibatkan para professional bisnis untuk sesi sharing, guest lecture dan coaching. Diharapkan peserta memahami bahwa sebagai calon pemimpin bisnis masa depan, tidak hanya aspek keuntungan bisnis saja yang menjadi fokus, namun juga berpikir tentang aspek lingkungan dan dampak positif terhadap kehidupan masyarakat dengan tingkat inovasi bisnis yang tinggi.

Persyaratan untuk mengikuti kompetisi BIZCAMP adalah:

• Mahasiswa S1 semester akhir (dinyatakan lulus / lulus sidang sebelum April 2017) atau fresh graduate (tahun 2014-2016) dari berbagai jurusan yang bersedia meneruskan pendidikan MM di Prasetiya Mulya Business School per Oktober 2016 atau Mei 2017
• Minimal IPK 3.25 (skala 4.00).
• Berprestasi pada kegiatan akademik, non-akademik, ataupun kegiatan organisasi lainnya
• Bersedia mengikuti proses seleksi BIZCamp dari awal sampai selesai
• Belum pernah dan/atau tidak sedang menjalani pendidikan S2 di universitas lain.
• Daftar online dan melengkapi berkas yang ditentukan.
