University of Birmingham UKOpen to any full-time postgraduate. One award is available each year and will be tenable for one year only.

Please note nominations for 2016-17 do not open until mid-March.

Value of Award
This scholarship will cover the home rate of postgraduate tuition fees. Stipends for living costs may be available in some cases; however, this will be subject to available funding and cannot be guaranteed.

Open to new and current full-time PG students Taught and research-based programmes

Applications cannot be made directly for these awards; candidates need to be nominated by their school or department. If you are interested and fit the eligibility criteria, please make an expression of interest to the postgraduate administrator within your school, or your admissions tutor.

You should aim to make your expression of interest by mid-March (when nominations open) prior to the start of the academic term. Nominations will be submitted by all Schools in mid-May.
