The Daisy Rock / Bangles Vicki Peterson Guitar Scholarship, sponsored by the Daisy Rock Girl Guitar Company will be awarded in Fall 2015 to a newly enrolling female student in the Associate of Arts Performance (Guitar) Program who demonstrates outstanding musicianship, band performance skills and originality in the Rock/Pop genre.
- Available to international students and U.S. citizens.
- Scholarship applicants must have submitted the Application for Admissions by the scholarship application deadline and must be entering the program for the first time.
- May only be applied to the Associate of Arts in Performance (Guitar) Program. Certificate and MI Select programs are not eligible
- The total scholarship award will be $1,000 and a new Daisy Rock/Bangles Vicki Peterson guitar.
- Award will be credited toward the first quarter of tuition as long as the student maintains satisfactory academic progress.
- Scholarships are non-transferable, and may not be applied to any person, program or start date other than the one for which it was awarded.
Requirements & Checklist:
- Scholarship Application
- DVD video of you performing: three (3) diverse songs on your guitar within the Rock/Pop genre. It is required that this include two (2) live ensemble (band or duo) performances, and one (1) solo unaccompanied piece in various styles. You may use electric and/or acoustic guitar.

Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.
