Leslie Eric Paddle Scholarship in Orthopaedic Paediatrics, University of Melbourne, Australia

The Leslie Eric Paddle Scholarship in Orthopaedic Paediatrics was established with a bequest from the late Leslie Eric Paddle.

The scholarship is awarded to an individual or group of students conducting and performing research in the field of Orthopaedic Paediatrics.

This scholarship is one of several trust-funded scholarships available through the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences for students who have applied for, or are enrolled in a graduate research degree of the faculty.

Benefits
The duration of the scholarship is up to 1 year. The scholarship provides a fortnightly allowance of approximately $26,916 per year (pro rata).

Eligibility
To be considered for this scholarship, you must:

  • be applying for or enrolled in a graduate research degree in the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences, and researching in the field of Orthopaedic Paediatrics.
  • satisfy the faculty’s eligibility standards for course and scholarship.

Selection
Eligible candidates are selected by the Faculty Research Training Committee on the basis of academic merit and the terms of the trust.
