Master and Doctoral Scholarships, Kookmin University, Korea

We are recruiting graduate students in M.S./Ph.D. Combined or Doctoral Program (Master degree only is not available). The program will take no less than 6 years and will start in March. 01. 2019 (Spring Semester 2019 intake).


  1. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree from the related major with Solar Cells and Thermoelectric topics before November 2018. (Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Physical Engineering, Material Engineering, etc)
  2. Have a good attitude and strong motivation to do research**
  3. Understand and agree to do the program that will take no less than 6 years to complete**

**any failure performing this in the future could inflict termination of the program without getting any degree.


  1. Tuition Fee: Full tuition exemption until graduate
  2. Living expenses: New student for the combined program will receive not less than 700,000 KRW per month with a conditional annual increase (depending on performance).

Documents Requirement
Any applicants who have competitive academic backgrounds and ready to dedicate themselves to his/her researches can apply for this program. Admission will be determined by the academic advisor and committees through recruitment process (document selection, assignment, and interview) followed by the official process of the university.
