Aware of the lack of experts in digital marketing and IT experts in the Republic of Croatia, as well as in the European Union and the importance of digital technologies for the development of society in general through increasing competitiveness on the world market, the Algebra University College decided to start a Scholarship program for talented students for Summer School.

SCHOLARSHIPS PROGRAM

A) Full Scholarships for excellence
2 full scholarships covering 100% of study costs for all three weeks of Summer School in Zagreb & Zadar for the best full-time students

Algebra University College is ready to offer scholarships to outstanding undergraduate students covering a total amount of three-week tuition expenses (100% scholarships) thus enabling free education for the student!

B) Scholarships
4 scholarships covering 30% to 50% of tuition fees for students who achieve outstanding results.

Applications for scholarships
Your application must include a resume and a video motivational letter. Record yourself speaking in a 3-5 minute video and upload it to YouTube. Highlight your passions, your skills and motivations for applying. Tell us why you deserve this scholarship. We urge you to include into your resume links to software, web designs, or other relevant projects you have created so we can see proof of your talents.

Reach Oxford Undergraduate Scholarships, University of Oxford, UK

University of Oxford, UKHow do I apply?
You must make an application to the University through UCAS by 15 October 2013 and be successful in gaining a place. You will then need to complete a separate scholarship application form and arrange for two references to be submitted on your behalf.

The deadline for scholarship applications and references is 12 noon (UK time) on Friday 21 February 2014. Please note that we cannot consider applications from candidates who have not been offered a place at Oxford.

Students should note they must apply for admission to the University before they can be considered for a Reach Oxford Scholarship. The University is unable to consider any scholarship applications from students who have not been offered a place at Oxford. Hungarian State Scholarships for Foreigners, Hungary

Hungary through the Balassi Institute, the Hungarian Scholarship Board Office offers scholarships for foreign students and lecturers in higher education institutions as well as research fellows who intend to gain further professional experience in Hungarian higher education institutions or research institutes. Scholarships can be applied for in two different ways:

  1. Work plans and bilateral agreementsThe Office of the Hungarian Scholarship Board (hereinafter HSB) welcomes applications by citizens of countries (and territories) that have a valid/effective educational work plan with Hungary, or a bilateral agreement signed by the Hungarian Ministry of National Recourses and the relevant ministry of the given country (or territory). Dissemination of all information regarding the application procedure and deadlines as well as assessment and shortlisting of applications is conducted by the scholarship authority or the Ministry of Education in the relevant home country (or territory). Applications forwarded by partner scholarship offices shall have a priority. However, applications submitted directly to the HSB Office shall also be accepted in the framework of the Pool system outlined below.
  2. Scholarship PoolIn 2005 the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Hungary established the ‘Scholarship Pool’ allowing for applications for all HSB scholarship types from the following countries/territories:
    Albania, Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Korean Republic, Kuwait, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, The Netherlands, Norway, Republic of Chile, Republic of the Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Romania, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Syria, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States of America.

Citizens of the following countries may only apply through their national scholarship offices, on the basis of bilateral agreements: Columbia, Yemen, Mongolia, Palestine and Vietnam.

Yamaha Music Foundation Of Europe Scholarship

The Yamaha Music Foundation Of Europe Scholarship Program in 2011/2012

We are pleased to announce the 23rd year of the Scholarship scheme for music students.

A total of 43 scholarships in 29 countries will be awarded to full-time students in 2011/2012. In 2011/2012, the scholarships’ discipline is Brass&Woodwind. Regulations may vary depending on the country.

Applicants should complete the application form shown on the back of this page and send it to the appropriate contact address together with a recording of two titles. Please make sure to send a CD or DVD with your recordings together with the application form. The format of the recording should be .WAV or MP3. The quality of the sound does not have an effect on the later selection process. The length of both pieces should not exceed more than 20 minutes.

The closing date for applications for the 2012 Scholarships is November 30th 2011. Applicants should not be older than 25 years. Applications should be sent to the contact address in which your academy/university is located. Should you have any questions, please contact your administration office in one of the countries listed on this sheet.

Coca-Cola Undergraduate Scholarships, University of Edinburgh, UK

The University of Edinburgh and Coca-Cola offer a number of scholarships for undergraduate study in any subject offered by the University.

This competitive scholarship covers the full tuition fees and an annual maintenance allowance of £5,000. It is tenable for the duration of the programme of study.

Eligibility
The scholarship is open to self-financing applicants whose personal circumstances would make accepting an offer from the University of Edinburgh difficult.

They are awarded to citizens from the following countries who are accepted for admission on a full-time basis for an undergraduate programme of study:

Public International Law and Human Rights LLM Scholarships, Riga Graduate School of Law, Latvia

Scholarships for the Public International Law and Human Rights programme (LL.M)(2011/2012)

The Riga Graduate School of Law announces Scholarships for an LL.M degree in Public International Law and Human Rights funded by the Open Society Institute (OSI). Eligible students currently are invited to apply for the Riga Graduate School of Law (RGSL) Public International Law and Human Rights Programme. The programme provides expertise in Public International Law and Human Rights and also offers courses in European Law. The programme is competitive and very prestigious. The Programme is based at the RGSL located in Riga, Latvia. It is available to individuals with bachelor’s or master’s degree in law or related fields (or will be awarded a degree prior to admission to the programme), obtained in at least four years long studies, if basic knowledge in law and corresponding work experience is acquired; second level professional higher education, professional bachelor’s or master’s degree in law or other related fields, if basic knowledge in law and corresponding work experience is acquired. The 2011/2012 Programme starts in September 2011.

The purpose of these scholarships is to support students who have demonstrated academic excellence in law or a comparable field of study and have a demonstrated commitment to work in the field of public law, human rights, or public service.

Overview
Scholarships are available to students from Russia, Byelorussia, Ukraine and South Eastern Europe and Central Eurasia regions (see eligible countries below). Each scholarship recipient will receive an amount covering tuition and fees for the LL.M study programme. An additional scholarship is allocated for travel, accommodation and incidental education expenses. Students granted a scholarship must write their master’s thesis in the field of public international law or human rights. Priority will be given to students who commit to work in any of the following areas upon completion of the programme: human rights, public law and public service. Furthermore, RGSL seeks to recruit students who have worked within an organization with which OSI has a relationship already, or students who are willing to work with such an organization upon completion of the programme. In the application, students are required to provide specific detail on their expectations work in a related field upon completion of the programme.
