Orange Knowledge Programme – Netherlands

The Orange Knowledge Programme aims to contribute to a society’s sustainable and inclusive development. Its scholarships are open to mid-career professionals in specific countries.

The Orange Knowledge Programme (OKP) offers scholarships funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs available for a selection of:

  • short courses (round 1: duration 2 weeks to 12 months; round 2: duraiton 2 weeks to 7 months);
  • master’s programmes (duration 12 to 24 months).

Please note that the list of participating countries is subject to change and is yet to be updated. In previous rounds, you were eligible for an OKP scholarship if you are a national of and working in:

Bangladesh, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Colombia, Congo (DRC), Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Indonesia, Iraq, Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Mali, Mozambique, Niger, Nigeria, Palestinian Territories, Rwanda, Senegal, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania, Tunisia, Uganda, Vietnam, and Yemen.

LPDP Scholarships, University of Twente, Netherlands

The Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan (LPDP) scholarship offers talented students from Indonesia the opportunity to obtain a Master’s or PhD degree at the University of Twente. The University of Twente is listed as one of the top 200 eligible and preferred LPDP foreign partner institutions.

The Indonesian Endowment Fund for Education (Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan / LPDP) finances higher education in Master’s and PhD programmes with the subject Remote Sensing at the University of Twente. The scholarship aims to support the supply of educated and qualified Indonesian human resources who also possess leadership quality and a strong vision as the future leader of Indonesia. The applicants targeted for the programme are Indonesian citizens with excellent academic achievement and strong leadership quality who wish to continue pursuing studies on Master’s and PhD programmes in the subject Remote Sensing at the University of Twente, be it in similar or different fields than ones they had previously studied. The University of Twente is listed as one of the top 200 eligible and preferred LPDP foreign partner institutions. Focus will be on civil servants, personnel of national army, navy, air force and police. Available are scholarships for the disabled, for underdeveloped regions and underprivileged achievers.

Holland Scholarship, University of Twente, Netherlands

The Holland Scholarship is a scholarship for excellent students from non-EU/EEA countries, applying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme at the University of Twente. The scholarship amounts to € 5,000 only for the first year of your studies.

Master in Digital Communication Leadership Scholarships, Europe

In 2015, The Erasmus+ programme of the European Union has granted over 40 scholarships to the Consortium. In 2018, following a new selection of our programme, 72 new scholarships have been assigned. Therefore, at least 15 scholarships are available every year, until 2022.

Only applicants who will submit all required documents will be eligible for consideration. The final decision lies with the Agency of Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) of the European Union based on the evaluation provided by a selection committee of the DCLead consortium. The selection committee selects the candidates according to the following criteria:

  • very good/outstanding study results (= academic excellence) in the relevant study areas
  • academic potential
  • level of language skills
  • motivation
  • recommendations
  • work experience and professional qualifications (if applicable)
  • results of interviews (if applicable)

Orange Knowledge Programme, University of Twente, Netherlands

Nuffic’s Orange Knowledge Programme is a global development programme, funded by the Dutch government. The OKP programme was preceeded by the Netherlands Fellowship Programme (NFP). The OKP programme has a duration of 5 years and involves around 50 countries.

University of Twente Netherlands

The programme offers scholarships, training and institutional partnerships between education institutions in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and higher education, in fields related to the priority themes of the Dutch government:

  • Food and nutrition security
  • Water, energy and climate
  • Sexual and reproductive health and rights
  • Security and the rule of law

Scholarship value
The scholarship value depends on the duration of your programme at the University of Twente as well as on the in-house or external components. Please note that the scholarship does not cover all the costs of the study trajectory. It is not a full fellowship. Beasiswa S2 Luar Negeri Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika (KOMINFO)

Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika KOMINFO Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika membuka Program Beasiswa S2 di Luar Negeri untuk mendukung program prioritas percepatan Transformasi Digitalisasi Nasional yang meliputi 4 (empat) sektor strategis, yaitu infrastruktur digital, pemerintahan digital, ekonomi digital dan masyarakat digital.

Beasiswa S2 Luar Negeri Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika TA 2022 kembali dibuka bagi ASN/Anggota TNI/POLRI dan masyarakat umum yang berminat untuk melanjutkan studi Magister di bidang studi terkait Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi.

Pendaftaran untuk program beasiswa S2 Luar Negeri dibuka hingga batas waktu pendaftaran yang terbagi menjadi 2 tahapan:

  1. Batas waktu tahap 1, 28 Februari 2022, untuk tujuan studi Tsinghua University; dan
  2. 31 Maret 2022, untuk Negara tujuan studi lainnya.

Calon pendaftar agar memperhatikan batas waktu pendaftaran ke Kementerian Kominfo serta perguruan tinggi yang dituju.
