Beasiswa Gratis Biaya Kuliah S1 S2 S3 dari Pemerintah Rusia

Setiap tahun, pemerintah Federasi Rusia membuka pendaftaran untuk program kuliah berbeasiswa di Rusia. Program beasiswa dibuka untuk jenjang S1 (4 tahun), S2 (2 tahun), Spesialis (5 tahun) dan didahului dengan program bahasa Rusia di Fakultas Persiapan selama 1 tahun (gratis bagian dari program beasiswa). Selain program tersebut, juga terdapat program pelatihan selama 3, 5, 10 bulan sesuai dengan spesialisasi yang aktif ditekuni, misal untuk dosen, guru atau profesional. Untuk program pelatihan ini, tidak terdapat kuliah bahasa Rusia, dan diandaikan pendaftar cukup memahami kata-kata khusus di bidang yang akan ditempuh. Tahun 2014, tercatat sekitar 125 mahasiswa dan tahun 2015, tercatat sekitar 119 mahasiswa Indonesia yang berangkat kuliah, tersebar di berbagai kota di Rusia.

Beasiswa Rusia berupa gratis pendidikan, mahasiswa harus menyediakan sendiri biaya-biaya lain di luar biaya pendidikan, seperti biaya visa, asuransi, tiket pesawat, asrama, biaya hidup bulanan, penerjemahan dan legalisasi dokumen, dll.

  • Fotokopi ijazah dan transkrip nilai yang dilegalisir oleh SMA / SMK / Perguruan Tinggi.
  • Untuk pendaftar S1, nilai “raport kelas 1-3 SMA/SMK minimal 8,0” atau “nilai ujian sekolah di ijazah SMA/SMK 8,0 dan nilai akhir di ijazah SMA/SMK 7,0 (khusus lulusan tahun 2013-2015)” dengan usia maksimal 25 tahun.
  • Untuk pendaftar S2, IPK minimal 3,20. Untuk pendaftar S3, lulus S2 dari universitas di Rusia.
  • Untuk pendaftar yang langsung menuju Fakultas Spesialisasi dan sudah lulus mengikuti Fakultas Bahasa di Rusia selama 1 tahun, sertakan juga sertifikat kelulusan Fakultas Bahasa.
  • Untuk pendaftar program pelatihan, sertakan ijazah terakhir atau transkrip nilai terbaru atau setidaknya sudah pernah mengikuti kuliah S1.
  • Fotokopi medical certificate tahun 2016 yang dilegalisir oleh klinik atau RS yang menerbitkan
  • Fotokopi/ print warna halaman identitas paspor (masa berlaku tidak kurang dari Mei 2018, informasi identitas harus benar/ sama sekali tidak diperkenankan ada koreksi-ralat)
  • Fotokopi akte kelahiran yang dicap notaris/ Disdukcapil.
  • Pasfoto berwarna 4×6 dengan latar belakang putih, 10 lembar.
  • CV dalam Bahasa Indonesia/ Inggris, 2-5 halaman A4 (untuk yang belum pernah kuliah di Rusia)
  • Permohonan pengesahan dokumen.
  • Fotokopi sertifikat kompetisi dan penghargaan yang dimiliki
  • Proposal penelitian dalam bahasa Rusia maksimal 2 halaman, untuk pendaftar S2/S3 lulusan Rusia. Proposal penelitian dalam bahasa Inggris/ Rusia maksimal 2 halaman, untuk pendaftar program Pelatihan.

Cultural Fellowships for Foreign Professionals, Russia

The Likhachev Foundation (St. Petersburg, Russia) and the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Center (Moscow, Russia), with support of the Committee on External Relations of Saint Petersburg announce a competition for 2-week cultural fellowships in Russia (St. Petersburg) from May 9 until May 22, 2016 for foreign professionals in the field of arts and culture who work on projects related to Russian culture and history and aimed at a broad foreign audience. Airfare (economy class) and accommodation in St. Petersburg will be covered by the organizers.

Until February 1, 2016 the Likhachev Foundation will accept applications from professionals in the field of culture and history or arts from foreign countries who are currently working on creative projects related to Russian culture or history. Command of the Russian language is very helpful but not required. Students are not eligible. Working languages of the program are English and Russian.

The creative project could be a museum exhibition project, a theater production, a film, a photo exhibition, preparation of fiction or research books, etc. related to Russian culture or history. The creative project should ultimately take place in a country other than the Russian Federation, with the goal being to broaden the audiences’ perception of Russia. The two-week residency in Russia should serve as an important stage in the preparation and realization of the applicant’s cultural project.

Erasmus Mundus Master in Quality in Analytical Laboratories (EMQAL) Scholarships, Europe

Erasmus Mundus The Erasmus Mundus Master in Quality in Analytical Laboratories (EMQAL) is a master course for laboratory managers and scientists who wish to implement and manage Quality Systems in analytical laboratories, or work in Quality System environments in accredited analytical laboratories.

After five years of running as an Erasmus Mundus Master Course (EMMC), the EMQAL was once again evaluated and selected by the European Commission for Erasmus Mundus funding.

From 177 applications submitted in 2012, 30 EMMC were selected for their excellency for Erasmus Mundus funding. As a result, the EMQAL will be able to offer Erasmus Mundus grants to students and scholars for an additional period of 5 years, 2013-2018.

The second phase of EMQAL will be coordinated by the University of Barcelona.

Hungarian State Scholarships for Foreigners, Hungary

Hungary through the Balassi Institute, the Hungarian Scholarship Board Office offers scholarships for foreign students and lecturers in higher education institutions as well as research fellows who intend to gain further professional experience in Hungarian higher education institutions or research institutes. Scholarships can be applied for in two different ways:

  1. Work plans and bilateral agreementsThe Office of the Hungarian Scholarship Board (hereinafter HSB) welcomes applications by citizens of countries (and territories) that have a valid/effective educational work plan with Hungary, or a bilateral agreement signed by the Hungarian Ministry of National Recourses and the relevant ministry of the given country (or territory). Dissemination of all information regarding the application procedure and deadlines as well as assessment and shortlisting of applications is conducted by the scholarship authority or the Ministry of Education in the relevant home country (or territory). Applications forwarded by partner scholarship offices shall have a priority. However, applications submitted directly to the HSB Office shall also be accepted in the framework of the Pool system outlined below.
  2. Scholarship PoolIn 2005 the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Hungary established the ‘Scholarship Pool’ allowing for applications for all HSB scholarship types from the following countries/territories:

The University of Edinburgh and Coca-Cola offer a number of scholarships for undergraduate study in any subject offered by the University.

This competitive scholarship covers the full tuition fees and an annual maintenance allowance of £5,000. It is tenable for the duration of the programme of study.

Eligibility
The scholarship is open to self-financing applicants whose personal circumstances would make accepting an offer from the University of Edinburgh difficult.

Scholarships for the Public International Law and Human Rights programme (LL.M)(2011/2012)

The Riga Graduate School of Law announces Scholarships for an LL.M degree in Public International Law and Human Rights funded by the Open Society Institute (OSI). Eligible students currently are invited to apply for the Riga Graduate School of Law (RGSL) Public International Law and Human Rights Programme. The programme provides expertise in Public International Law and Human Rights and also offers courses in European Law. The programme is competitive and very prestigious. The Programme is based at the RGSL located in Riga, Latvia. It is available to individuals with bachelor’s or master’s degree in law or related fields (or will be awarded a degree prior to admission to the programme), obtained in at least four years long studies, if basic knowledge in law and corresponding work experience is acquired; second level professional higher education, professional bachelor’s or master’s degree in law or other related fields, if basic knowledge in law and corresponding work experience is acquired. The 2011/2012 Programme starts in September 2011.

The purpose of these scholarships is to support students who have demonstrated academic excellence in law or a comparable field of study and have a demonstrated commitment to work in the field of public law, human rights, or public service.

Overview
Scholarships are available to students from Russia, Byelorussia, Ukraine and South Eastern Europe and Central Eurasia regions (see eligible countries below). Each scholarship recipient will receive an amount covering tuition and fees for the LL.M study programme. An additional scholarship is allocated for travel, accommodation and incidental education expenses. Students granted a scholarship must write their master’s thesis in the field of public international law or human rights. Priority will be given to students who commit to work in any of the following areas upon completion of the programme: human rights, public law and public service. Furthermore, RGSL seeks to recruit students who have worked within an organization with which OSI has a relationship already, or students who are willing to work with such an organization upon completion of the programme. In the application, students are required to provide specific detail on their expectations work in a related field upon completion of the programme.

Ford Foundation International Fellowships Program 2010

Ford Foundation International Fellowships Program was launched with a grant from the Ford Foundation in 2001. The program offers fellowships for post-graduate study to leaders from underserved communities in Asia, Africa, Latin America, and Russia. Fellowship recipients are exceptional individuals with demonstrated social commitment and academic achievement.

Typically, they are men and women who have overcome obstacles such as poverty and discrimination to gain access to higher education, and they aspire to work for social justice in their home communities upon completion of their studies. applicants must be resident nationals or residents of an eligible IFP country or territory. All applications must be submitted to the appropriate IFP International Partner in the country or region where the applicant resides. IFP International Partners determine application deadlines and selection schedules in their region or country.
