The University of Waikato has established this bursary to be offered to students who have applied and received an offer for the Master of Engineering Practice (180pt).
The bursary applies to tuition fees only and is not transferrable.
Eligibility
To be eligible, applicants must:
- be an international student.
- be enrolling for the first time at the University of Waikato.
- be enrolling into the Master of Engineering Practice (180pt) in A semester 2020.
- be commencing full-time study in the year of tenure and be enrolled full-time to study at the University of Waikato for either the first year or the duration of the programme in the Master of Engineering Practice.
- not be coming to the University of Waikato via a sponsoring body.
- not be coming to the University of Waikato on a Guaranteed Credit Arrangement or on a study abroad and student exchange agreement.
Value
- The bursary will have a value of NZD$10,000.
- This amount will be applied directly to the recipient’s tuition fees at the beginning of their University of Waikato studies.
Other Conditions
The bursary cannot be held in conjunction with any other University of Waikato funded tuition or accommodation fees scholarship or award and is non-refundable to the student.
